I run Asbuilt Reality Systems. One person. Washington. Six retainer clients, then I stop taking them.
I connect the field software you already pay for to the office. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace with Gemini, or Meta Muse. The job the crew already closed, and the books that still do not have it.
I've spent 20 years in the trenches with trade crews, using the most efficient workflows and methods I could find, and creating better ones when I couldn't. For 15 of those years I have been implementing advanced technology into construction workflows, and for the past 10 years I have worked inside the biggest tech companies, delivering tools and features to contractors like you. AWS. Matterport. NavVis. Starbucks, on computer vision and edge AI. I do not start with AI. I start with how the work gets done, because that is where I come from.
I do not sell you out of the 8 o'clock call. That call is the trade. I sell the second job, the one that does not pay. The crew is done. The customer is handled. You are still at the kitchen table. The job was typed into ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro. It still has to be typed into QuickBooks. Or the invoice is a paper ticket in the truck while the same job is already in an app. Or a tech will call, because the office has the warranty and the crew cannot see it. I do not promise the phone will stay quiet. I take that job. What is left is the Harley, or the boat catching fish, or the cabin, or the week you already booked.
I keep working relationships with Procore, Autodesk, and ServiceTitan. That is not a reseller badge. It means I already know where those products stop being honest about what an API can do.
My father is a Nairobi-born engineer. I grew up around people who fixed the thing in front of them.
I do not publish client results I do not have. The numbers on this site are ServiceTitan’s 2025 sales report and its July 2026 survey of 1,020 commercial owners, plus PlanGrid and FMI (2018) where a rework hour is still the best public count. If a figure is an estimate, I say so. A commercial survey is not a small crew's census.
