Audit. One agent. Then I see.

I do not start with a server. I start with the map. If the map says your plan has no API, or your missed-call count is too small to matter, I stop. This is the way back to the cabin week, not a software rollout. I take the unpaid second job, not the 8 o'clock call.

Wet studs with a capture tag and a short RFI for a missing hold-down.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Fifteen minutes. Three questions: what you run, where time leaks, who approves a message. You get a written map either way.

  2. 02

    Assessment

$799 if you want the map scoped: first agent, scopes, security option, go or no-go. Sometimes the answer is do not build this.

  3. 03

    One agent

Implementation is $1,500 to $12,000. Missed-call text-back or unsold-estimate follow-up are the usual first builds. Not five agents.

  4. 04

    Read-only week

The agent drafts. Nothing is sent. You read the drafts and throw out the bad ones.

  5. 05

    Gate on

Customer messages and any write that spends money wait for a named person. You can turn a gate off later, per agent, after you have watched it.

  6. 06

    Retainer

$1,200 to $2,000 a month. Monitoring, vendor changes, a 30-minute review. Six clients. A second agent is a new build, not a freebie.

Your ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Procore, and QuickBooks bills stay yours. A VPS, if I use one, is about $4 to $6 a month in your name.
