06 / Septic

The tank was due. You are finding that out at night.

The second job is the notebook calendar, after the crew is done. A slipped pump-out is a night you do not get the cabin. Scheduling for due pump-outs, and a draft inspection report from the fields you already capture. County rules stay yours. The agent does not invent a passing grade.

A concrete septic lid in wet dirt at night. Field reference, not a client job.

The leak

The admin leak here is recurrence. A tank that was due in March gets a call in August, usually after a backup. The first agent is a schedule, not a chatbot.

First agent

Pump-out due list: customers whose last service date plus your interval falls inside the next 30 days. Draft reminder. You approve the send.

  • Pump-out scheduling

Reads last service and your interval. Proposes a route day. Does not book over a closed calendar.

  • Inspection report draft

Fills a report from recorded fields and photos. Leaves blanks blank. You sign it.

Stack

ServiceTitan or Jobber for customers and jobs. If the shop is still on a spreadsheet, the assessment says so and we do not pretend an API exists.

It will not

  • Certify a system.
  • File with the county.
  • Guess a tank size that was not recorded.
